Email change?

I'm trying to change my email,because i don't use current email anymore, but i didn't know that is soooooo difficult to do.

I know my "old" email, i've submit a support ticket [better say tickets plural] like 12 days ago, and still no answer. Not a single answer.

FACEIT "Support", can you be so kind and finally change my email address?

And please, PLEASE, don't ask me to submit a support ticket, cuse you don give a f for them, just fu*king change my email ffs!

Can you do that? Can you change my email address? It's not that hard!

Ok, i'll spam it until you do simple task and change my email. You can lock this topic, but i'll start new one, be sure of that.

Lol dude . They cant change an email without proofs . And also it takes time to process your request , there lots of request they trying to solve . Stop blaming the admins for the slow response they doing what they can do. Keep calm

Without proofs? That is not true, I've sent them the proofs, I've sent them everthing they asked. It takes time to process? How long it takes? Month? Year? Decade? The point is that I can't access my Faceit account because I don't know my password and I can't change it because i don't have access to my old email account. I had access to my previous email account [current faceit email] when I sent them the ticket, now i don't have access. So how can I play if they don't change my email address so I can reset my pw? This is ridiculous..

It took me month or two to change my email in faceit. That time I only use facebook to login I give them a proof of my account on facebook , steam and faceit info .
I got the same issue the only difference is I can login using my Facebook account
