Report a translation problem
I do apologise if you can’t access your FACEIT account to play on our platform. To proceed with resolving this issue you’ll need to create only one support ticket. (http://faceit.uservoice.com/). Once you’ve created the ticket you’ll receive an automated email, you can respond back if the relevant information doesn’t help (please read it carefully).
Due to a high volume of support tickets please don’t create/reply back multiple times due to making the waiting period longer.
Regarding unlinking or deleting any steam profile from FACEIT account. Unfortunately at the current period in time we don’t offer this feature to any user on our platform.
