False BAN on FaceIT.

Hello, I'm trying to get this resolved as quick as possible. I just now got banned from FaceIT, playing a premium ladder with my friend. I bought unlimited/supporter on FaceIT 2 days ago from now I think, and I've played some games on there. I've done pretty good, and even my friend in teamspeak thought I was cheating some games. So basically, just now when we joined a match and were in the warmup for about 20seconds I got banned. And it also says on my profile that I'm banned, and I can not log into my account either. This is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, since I wasn't cheating at all and I would like to get an apology and unbanned of course. In my opinion I did nothing fishy in the last couple of matches to make it possible for me to get banned, this is just complete BS in my opinion, please solve this issue fast.

EDIT: I was going to try sending a ticket to FaceIT, but of course I can't log into my account because I'm banned. This is not fair..

I will keep sending tickets and contacting you guys in any way to get my FaceIT account back. I know for sure that I've never been cheating on CS:GO and of course I never will, especially not 2 days after I buy supporter. Your admins should know more before they ban someone completely innocent.
