Wrongly Banned & Need Support.

Hello... I am texting you & writing to you regarding my faceit ban which was unreasonable and unexplained in my case. I do apologise that I was getting boosted by ranks with cheaters in my lobby but I did not realise it until the last moment when I left the game when I saw them cheating. I do really apologise. I did explain this to the Support Admin whom banned me but he decided that the ban is reasonable cause privatly he told me that he doesn't like me nor my friends who didn't cheat. I do not ask for the unban cause I do agree that I deserved it cause I played with a cheater in my lobby but I beg you to change the reason on the ban and the leight itself cause it is kind of embarrassing for me to get banned for cheating since I am known in my country as a fair player.
