This information provides a further in-depth understanding:

Ladders & Prizes:
The payment system of FACEIT points/prizes for leagues & ladders (free & premium) payment period within two weeks (working days). Thus will differ depending on any issues arise etc, don’t worry you’ll receive the prizes/points.

To clarify understanding how placement with points work. If multiple players have the same amount of points only the top 10 will gain the prizes.

If a player has been banned from our platform and are within the top 10 of the ladder they will not receive there prizes. The second place will get the first place prize and so on. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

FACEIT SHOP:
Within the platform you can gain FACEIT points which can be resulted in prizes from the shop. Once you've purchase item/items you’ll receive an email with the relevant information needed to proceed with the transaction.

Time duration of each prize differ from game and hardware. Game featured items are preceded within 14 working days “Monday-Friday” unless any issues arise with products or receiving the correct information from each individual. Once the trade is ready you’ll receive a notification on steam providing the skin to yourself, if failure to accept the product don’t worry we’ll send the product again at a later date.

Hardware orders will take a longer duration period of 30 working days due to needing more information e.g. shipping address etc.

Name change purchase
Once you have purchased a name change from our shop you will receive further information via email.
