Faceit charged me extra and won't do anything about it.
I recently got charged 26 dollars on my credit card for faceit after I canceled my subscription. I then sent a support ticket and they said there's nothing they can do because I have already played a couple of games which is not true because I remembered when I canceled my subscription, I didn't play faceit anymore and I just played Cevo and ESEA. Not only this, they charged me 6 months worth of premium WHICH IS ONLY 18 DOLLARS. 3 dollars per month plus tax (if there is any) would be no where close to 26 dollars. So I got charged extra money and the support says theres nothing they can do. Honestly this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic. I'm not gonna pay this and I have already disputed on my credit card. If the dispute doesn't go through, I will have to talk to my credit card company personally.

Hello

6 months of premium is 36$, since 1 month is 6$. But 6 months of Supporter is 18$. So 6 months of Premium is not 18$.

charged me 26 dollars. Probably doesnt get enough people to pay so they have to secretly charge extra thinking their customer won't know.

Something similar happen to me, I paid for a sub 1 month sub which is £4.99 and then got charged a random £8.32 on top of the £4.99 (note there is nothing you can get for £8.32 on faceit) ... I've contacted support, they said they will look into it but it may take sometime. It's been like a week now and still no support on the matter.

they're charging extra money cuz they dont have enough players. just play esea or cevo way better than this piece of shit

They said they would give me a answer by the end of today will update on what they say/do.

So a little update, They replied a day later and I had to remind them to do so! They said they would refund me in the next 6-10 days.

During this time I decided I would just go and re-sub and they would just refund me what I'm owed. So I played a few premuim games since subbing and then come on today and see that my sub has been removed :D

Like the customer service cannot be this bad, I could do a better job in my sleep.

Lucky for you they said they couldn't do anything about mine since that I have already played a couple of games which is not true and that's not even the point. They charged me EXTRA. Since they won't do anything about it I had to go to my bank and take matters into my own hands.
