Diplomacy is strained and tensions are high with a few nations that know the location of our facility.

I ask that all soldiers of Outer Heaven keep an active presence on the server at all times of the day. Ideally I'd like at least one soldier on, in the base, at all hours with soldiers switching off throughout the day.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ATTACK, do NOT engage.
If you are alone:
Get somewhere safe and log off - with valuables if you can.
If others are on TS or Steam:
Log off until they can log in to reinforce and then repel invaders if numbers are greater than the attackers.

We need to play it smart, people.
Loyal to the end.
