The PAKTool does not work

So I want to start modding Dead Cells, so to my understanding I need to unpack res.pak using the PAKTool, but when I try to open the tool it says:

The action for " " argument is not found, please refer to the doc
Parameter name: strAction

I tried looking online, but every solution didn't work. Am I missing something?

Using the batches, I managed to get the extracted res.pak. I want to modify the atlas files so I copied the atlas folder from PAKV folder to the PAK folder.

The problem is that I cant use the Atlas Tool. This is the first time I'm modding so there might be something really obvious i'm missing.
