For the "official" 420chan Server:
Download and install latest DayZ Version.
Install the Beta.
Download and install Tunngle.
In Tunngle join the room: ArmA II - DayZ Mod [4] .
Launch ArmA II.
Change server list to LAN.
Join Server FRO20.
