Let's get gaming for reals?

So, i'm making this group to easier getting to play with premades in CounterStrike GTFO.

Rules for gaming (mostly concerning 3-5 player premades):

1. Pick a game leader who calls the shots/tactics before your gaming session begins.

2. If a leader is picked you cannot just fool around and disregard his advice/calls.

3. A leader can be downvoted on his/hers decision if a majority of the party don't like the call/tactic of that round. At that time the one who called against the tactics will be providing his/hers own plan.

4. Try and decide on times and dates to play and keep it running.

5. If someone is not able to use skype, TS, etc. at a specific game he/she will not be playing.

6. If you are dead and do not have information to give, don't speak. Also, try to be specific about who you are giving info to.
