Welcome!

This is going to be a CSGO team. We just started and are not going to do ranked seriously for a while until we get our call outs and positions down. After that I will assign positions. Here is the guideline of the team and how it will work.

Team Structure:
Our team structure will consist of a 6-9 player Roster with Rotated Players.

Pros of this Team Structure: Really flexible and people are able to paly even if they have different time zones.

Contras of this Team Structure: Requires many people, Training Sessions need to be repeated with guys that weren't here and sometimes People want to play but can't.

I chose this team structure so that we can have many people playing in equal amounts of time though out the time our team is going. This makes everything fair and reduces fighting in the team.

Team Roles:

We will have decent split-up roles there are:

1 Primary AWP

1-2 Allrounder(s) (Secondary AWP)

2-3 Rifler(s)

Training and Improvement:

Every Training Period We Will Cover:

Map call outs to makes sure we know where things are as fast and clear as we can.

Making Default setups on CT and T side.

Watching how we can defend certain areas.

And we will be more than sure to have at least half the team know every smoke spot on at least on map. For example, on youtube there are tons of Tutorials for them. I learned everyone on Dust 2 and so on. This is a REQUIREMENT!

Have fun playing! We will start training together when we get all the people into the team. Until then practice on your own in Casual and Competitive to get that rank!
