The only path to salvation is through tunnneling the unworthy:

2. Event mode players
   
3. Forbidden character players (see list below)
   
4. Loud, obnoxious, or clashing outfits
   
5. Gooner outfits (eg bikini or shirtless)
   
6. Scene partner users
   
7. Players who run into walls
   
8. Players who don't look behind them in chase
