As you all know the date for completion of stage one is almost here (5th May, next Monday). After stage one the top eight teams from each region will go into a single elimination bracket to find a champion. The format for the bracket of stage 2 is shown below:

1st vs 8th

3rd vs 6th

4th vs 5th

2nd vs 7th

The prizepool for each tournament is $200 AUD and will be ditributed as stated before in a previous announcement as follows:

1st - $125
2nd - $50
3rd - $25

There are only 5 days left until the stage one dead line is here. If Teams haven't played the required number of games (play against each team once) they won't be eligible to get into stage two. If we don't have 8 teams in each region that have played

14 games for Clash of SEA and
17 games for Aussie Brawl

Then I'll extend the deadline by a week. If a team hasn't at least played 10 games by 5th May then you risk being removed from the tournament. Hopefully it won't come to that.

Seeing this format has caused a lot of confusion and organising the matches has been a nightmare with some mods leaving without saying anything. Some changes are going to be made.

First of all, every match will be organised through skype since not many people actually read these announcements. Teams will be responsible for organising the time and date of their matches. After your match has been played at least one of the team captains needs to upload a screenshot of the end score screen to an image hosting website and send the link of the picture to the admin in your skype conversation where the match was organised.

Some people have commented on the fact that not every team will play each other. A new bracket shown below will be used. It does take into account the matches that have been played. The only thing that has changed from the old format is that all teams play each other within the 5 weeks. How frequent or infrequent teams play these matches are up to the teams themselves but all matches need to be completed by Monday 5th of May.
