Uh, I dont think that it is a very good idea to do at least because there is 2654 smd files :D

Yup, I know it, I already googled it and found other threads about this bug on steam but they are sooo old, they were created when 0.4X was the latest version xD
Valve somehow compiled this mdls so, in theory, we can compile them too, but the only question is HOW? its a shame that we cant do it right now :(

Steps Taken:
I've tried to recompile m_anm.mdl animations from HL2; I've tried to recompile ct_animations.mdl from CSGO with CSS compiler because I need them for CSS;

Expected:
Compiled mdl files

Issues:
overflowed g_numsources.ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'player/ct_animations.mdl' when processing with anims smd files

Operating System:
Win7
