Player vetting - We prefer players with microphones, and players who can be vouched for by either real life friends, or having played a few missions together successfully.

Not every mission needs to be a success, but we prefer out failures to come from dumb luck or bad timing, not from someone forgetting to take a silencer on Shadow Raid, and shooting everyone they see.
