Co-lab is not a clan, it's an open group of players that anyone can join, as long as they're interested in utilizing teamwork while gaming. Co-lab participants are encouraged to add [Co-Lab]
to the start of their name ,Most Co-lab players will usually be found on Lotus UK servers.

By adding [Co-Lab]
to the start of your name you're easily recognizable by other Co-lab participants, so they can engage in teamwork with you; and by playing on Co-lab endorsed servers you are much more likely to encounter other Co-lab, and have the best gaming experience as a result.
