I am ascendant. Don't you see? My player of the week is my legacy, and it will outlive us all. When human endeavour crumbles like cliffs to the sea, when the horn is sounded and the seventh seal broken, when the digital gods that we create have cast us aside like broken toys, still *I* will stand. I am not simply the player of the week, that is heresy. I am player of all time. I saw all of creation laid out before me and I knew: The zenith of effort, the peak of progress was being awarded this honour.
