If you are looking for people to play a specific game with you, post your requests here. I feel like the crackdown against self-promotion/group/social media advertisements kind of marginalized the people who were just looking to group up.

Furthermore, if you have a division/guild/company within that game, feel free to advertise it on your own steam profile and people looking to friend you will see that. We do not care what you talk about in PM or in-game, we just don't want our forums to get swamped with self-promotion again, this is a large community that shouldn't be marginalized for the sake of smaller groups that have no interest in ministering the Gospel.

Nonetheless, gaming with fellow christians is fun and can be quite edifying, you can group up here whether you're running a Guild/Tribe/Fleet/Company/etc or not. So if you want someone to join you in playing Dota2 co-op, this would be the place to ask--and keep your dota2 steam group out of it, put it in your own profile and PM to people who've shown an interest in playing dota2 with you co-op(Dota2 is just an example). If you are looking for someone to play an old co-op game compstomp like an old RTS etc, this would also be the place. (or even play PvP against people, whatever, you get the idea)

I apologize in advance if this seems convoluted, but I want to keep things real and personable, otherwise the thread will just turn into a corkboard bulletin that nobody reads. This thread is about making friends and fellowshipping and gaming with fellow Christians, not about bolstering numbers in other steam groups, or on social media, etc.

We still haven't given up on having an official CGC ark server either, just hasn't happened yet. And I have payday2 and haven't played it, I wouldn't be against trying it out sometime.
