~ The Central Bank of Role-Play may act as the controller of monetary policy of a nation under certain circumstances or if a nation wills it to.

Note: Bankrupcy & Other Conditions can only apply if The Role-Play Group concerned happens to accept it in accordance to the Group's Internal Role-Play. In other words, such conditions can not be imposed upon a Group against its Free will.

Massive Economic Collapse in Russia

Friends, Countrymen, Public and Private Bankers,

Due to rising uncertainty about Russia's financial future during the Duma Crisis and the current war interest rates have shot up to 23.76%. Attempts to monetarily ease this have totaly failed and velocity is so bad that it actually has kept inflation in check even as money growth (printing of mone) rises. This had caused the national GDP to fall and income felll so much so that Russia is now in massive debt which furthers the rise in interest rates. Attempts to reform Russian fiscal policy have failed and attempts to borrow money from the Central Bank of Role-Play, now Russia is at war and although it would usually have a better chance at winning its economic situation has made this only a dream.
