CaseLotto is a project that is under developement by Vivid. The basis of the project (very rough cut) is as follows:

1. A trade will be made to Vivid for as many cases preferred once asked to do so. Each case increasing your chance to win.
2. The cases and your name will then be recorded and put in an rng.
3. The rng will choose who the winner of the the lottery, and will recieve a trade with 90% of the keys that were entered.
4. Remember, the winner gets 90% where as Vivid gets the other 10% because Vivid is a poor bastard.
5. Enjoy the cases, or try again if you are feeling lucky.

*Do not ask for more than 90%, Vivid will give you your share of cases
99% of the time
*You are only allow to deposit cases, NO SKINS ALLOWED FOR
SIMPLICITY
*Do not deposit keys unless Vivid instructs you to deposit them to avoid
any spare or misplaced keys
*Vivid will tell you when he is allowing the depositing of cases. Don't deposit
unless he has said it is OK

If you are confused as to how to get into a lottery, announcements will advertise what server I am on so you can join and participate. Please read the rules above before joining and participating.

Remember, this is a work in progress, and once I get enough money, this will all be automated.
