Meet the Team

Hello, This is the Team's Co-Owner: Damn_Nesia. As of tomorrow the Official Leader (WunderBar) will be gone for a week, I will fill in for him until he comes back, all is good right? So, while he's gone I have been asked by him to try and Recruit people for the team, and I though we could all contribute to this. If everyone could look for a player who can put up a challange to you, Camping and/or repeat kills bu sentry DO not count towards this. The classes in particular we are looking for are: Demoman, Sniper, Solider, of these we need both Subs and Main Players. If all of you could help find someone that has the clear abilities to join us then please message me through steam with their Steam name, hours of Team Fortress 2 and the map you saw them on, After you have told them about the clan and how you're recruiting people. I used to be a Steel Division Sub Scout (After while I became Main) before the team collapsed due to no-one playing, I would hate to see this happen to this team so this is why I'm here. As said Above I will train you, I still can contact my old team for tips on training specific classes, I have already tutored WunderBar on being a Medic, using helpful tips from the old medic. So if Any of you need help I am here. If any of you have any difficulties let me know as I may be able to help, In game or not. reguarding trials I would like the person who told me about them to help me trial them. I have currently at the time of writing this 1310 hours of Team Fortress 2 and I wish to increase that to the Ungodly amount Tyrizzle has (4200?).

Here are some conditions of Trialing, if you find someone who fits these I will show you how we trial.
-Must be above average Player (Abilities are easily seen)
-Must have a few hours for example 300+ That would be a good baseline
-Wants to join the team
-Their attitude must not be cocky, if they are cocky they have an instant out
We had problems when WunderBar and I were trialing a demo, he was extremely cocky and didn't make the cut
- If possible it would be nice if the person was accustommed to the correct and not banned items in ozfortress. Here is a list https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Competitive_item_restrictions (It gets confusing but do it as a ratio like 1 loss in 7 wins)
-Ping should be decent (Not over 100)

When you have found a person that fits some or most of these catagories you will help me trial them, There is a 20 point system, anyone who gets trialed starts off with 10, we then find negatives and positives of their play style, for example, a Demoman who clearly is able to aim the normal grenade launcher would be a positive (1 point) but if the player couldn't place stickies in effective spots that would be a negative, put not to bad, only one point would be taken off, while a true negative (2 points) would be unable to aim at all (Missing continuously) and would blame his fails on other people. During the Trial the person who suggested the player will play against him, during that times you will tell me what the persons playstyle from face-to-face, you will also tell me his negatives and positives and i'll judge them on how many points awarded or taken off. If the player gets a perfect 20 they will go up against the Official of the class they're trying to take over, creating a second trial that distiguishes if they are in or not, the old official will be moved to sub if the trialed player is clearly better. After the first part of trial 1 we will move to part 2 where we asses in a large scale fight, against different skill levels, the person will have 10 deaths, in those deaths they must attempt to survive, this is a ploy to learn the map and learn where the Health Packs are. If they get 10 or more kills in their 10 deaths it is considered acceptable.

TLDR: People come in, we assess them on skill with points 20 is perfect, 10 is most likely sub 5-0-is rejected, they lose and gain points while you play against them, If someone gets a perfect 20 and there is someone already that class a second trial will commence. Trialing will be done with 2 people on an empty server then will change to a 12 person server for simulation testing in this one they get 10 deaths and must attempt to kill 10 people or more in those 10 deaths.
