Blender Converting Error

I'm new here, and I've just downloaded the Blender Source Tools. A acquaintance made me a model in Blender, but when I clicked File > Export > Source Engine > Collection.smd, it gave me an error:

SOURCE TOOLS ERROR REPORT

Scene unconfigured. See the SOURCE ENGINE EXPORT panel in SCENE PROPERTIES.

I've tried an alternative solution; I did hit Scene > Source Engine Export > Export, but it gave me a second error:


SOURCE TOOLS ERROR REPORT

ERROR: Couldn't create export folder. Python reports: [WinErrors5] Permission Denied: "my_sword//"

Can anyone help?

The folder you export to is not allowed for user account

Also, it's wrong. Should probably be //my_sword
