WARNING: Armature "Armature" has non-uniform scale. Mesh deformation in Source will differ from Blender.
I used AssetRipper to rip Unity game, then used Unity to export the FBX of a prefab with all its animations. When i imported it into blender and tried to export it using Blender Source Tools i got this message 'WARNING: Armature "Armature" has non-uniform scale. Mesh deformation in Source will differ from Blender.'.
I was searching for a solution to this issue for 2 days and couldnt find anything. Maybe im stupid. Please help me.

Thank you for your response. I selected all the objects and pressed Ctrl + A and then scale, but I still get the same error. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you again for your response. I tried to reset scale through Object->Clear->Scale but it didn't help. I noticed that the scale of the armature reverts to 100,99,99. Is it possible that the animation is changing it back to those values? Sorry for bothering you.

Yes, it seems the animations puts it back
