"Armature has non-uniform scale. Mesh diformation in blender will differ from Blender"
I'm trying to port smug dance from AHiT to sfm. I've done it by porting a separate model because the one that's on workshop has a different armature.

In sfm, the skeleton of the exported model is placed slightly higher than mesh[imgur.com], and after applying animation it goes like... This...[imgur.com]
I don't really care about the usability of a skeleton, cus there's already a working model posted on the workshop. I just need this smug dance in sfm.

I tried Applying Scaling to all body parts and armature, but it doesn't seem to help.
Could there be another solution?

You either didn't apply scale to the armature, or you didn't export everything that uses the armature (reference meshes AND animations) after applying scale.

Yea, I guess I was applying scale on everything except the armature (lol) . It's working now, thanks.
