What's up with "Multiple armature detected" error everytime I export something
What's up with that?

When you get this "warning", either unparent the mesh objects from the armature OR select the mesh objects, press M and move them to the Armature Collection. That should take care of the problem.

That you haven't updated your installation of the Blender Source Tools to version 3.0.3 yet.
