Steam Control Panel not showing right..? Solution!

Found out how to fix the problem on Steam's Control Panel with the Invites/Groups tabs not showing anymore recently.

The solution is:

==> update your Internet Explorer to IE 7. <==

It seems Steam needs some components of IE7 to run properly now, and in true Steam tradition none of us were notified of this ;]
Could be this problem only occurs if u use WinXP + have an older version of IE installed, no idea.

Don't ask me about the technical details why this fixes it, cuz I have no idea ;]
I just found out that the Control Panel showed up good in Mozilla/Firefox, and not in (my) IE.
