So, I wasn't here yesterday for the initial spam assault. To double down on this: I'm hung over right now and I haven't used Steam tools in what feels like centuries so navigating this and trying to disable stuff is a nightmare.

Far as I can tell, only the owner, Son of Riggnarok, has the ability to lock announcements to officers/mods. Officer and Mod ranks seem to mostly be something in name only, unless I'm overlooking some option somewhere. All I can really do is kick people and delete announcements.

sorry lads. I booted the two offending spammers, though. I'll continue to kick anyone that spams announcements, that seems to be the best I can do. Gotta get the group owner in here to do a little house tidying otherwise.
