Tomi's useless now, was good for spy protection before.
GRU seems now.
PISSED OFF about the Equalizer It made sense. Had to be at low hp to use, and you died super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy when it was most effective.

Increased base damage by +10%.
Added -10% damage penalty attribute
Note: Because of base damage increase, damage remains unchanged

Degreaser didn't get nerfed thank god.
