As we move further with this team, we need to have players on frequently and them being dedicated. Obviously pointing out PwNy here, but if you can't be here that's fine, but we'll need to find subs and put players on the main roster that are more consistent with their times. Putting on hours during the week isn't as important as the weekend. We need to discuss when we practice/scrim, with a similar layout as:

• Tuesday-Thursday: Aim/Retake
  
• Friday-Saturday: Scrims/Tournaments
  
• Sunday: Smokes/Strats
