ARC Officer Rules to follow

As a member of The ARC Officer Corp you will be held responsible for the following rules listed below and expected to keep others accountable. Failure to do so will result in strict punishment.

When you conduct tryouts, make sure you update the sheet with new privates, dates of promos, or any notes deemed important for other officers to see. This is important on making sure all the other officers are aware of what's going on.

When it comes to promotions, NO ONE is allowed to promote someone to an officer rank without the permission of both XOs and the CO.
If you wish to promote to WO please notify an XO or CO to call a vote on whether or not we should go through with it.
If we catch you honestly boosting people's rank without a valid reason, you will be dealt with harshly.

If you are an officer under the branch of a particular XO, that XO is in charge of the things going on during that timezone. Do not question him, or try to go around him. You must consult him for major changes going on during that timezone and people in it.

Most of all, we are a team. A small group of individuals trying to make sure that ARC is prospering. If we deem that you are not a team player, or even a threat to the longevity of the battalion and it's members. You will be dropped no questions asked. That means treason, conspiracy, blackmail, and slander. If you are found guilty of any of these charges you will be kicked and blacklisted.

And Ordo’s golden rule. Act like adults. I DON'T want to have to baby any of you. If you get your precious feelings hurt, just know, this battalion will move on with or without you. I am not going to bend over backwards to keep people here if they don't want to be here.

In regards to the forums, you do not have permission to post things that affect ALL of ARC. If you all wish to make a post on the forums, you need permission from both XOs and CO before posting. If you disregard this rule you will be punished greatly.

If one of your men makes a mistake that is clearly a accident or otherwise, do not go out of your way to embarrass them or to shame them in public, a honest mistake is a good one that should be learned from.

Time for Midstorm’s golden rule, you are an officer, but you are also flesh and blood, do not act above anyone regardless of rank or battalion if we find ANYONE doing this you will be penalized. Know your place.

And now Frankl/Blitz Golden rule always update the DATABASE. if you can not add simple names to a sheet then you can not handle an officer position.
