ADK Space Engineers Handbook: The rules and stuff

Fellow ADK Space Engineers. I have not been able to play much this week, but I was able to finish this hand book. This is my vision for the Faction and what I would like to see us go towards. I need and require input from everyone to try to make this better! Max perticipation is needed for thus to happen! Here is the google doc's link. Please take the time to read and understand this. It is a very short read.

Cryogenics are currently available but the maximum amount allowed was reduced to 0 so we technically can't add them to ships something about causing issues on the server.

Yeah, that is a minor setback with that. We do not really need those, but are very helpful when leaving the game and stuff is in your inventory.

I have made a update to the Handbook. After much thought, I have taken out the branches. The limit for players on servers is to small to warrent them. Let me know what you all think!
