Правила клана

Принципы:
1) Если ты в клане – ты часть КОМАНДЫ, которая тебе всегда поможет и которой должен помогать ты.
2) Интересы клана должны ставиться выше собственных сиюминутных интересов, только так можно чего-то добиться.
3) Клан создавался как клан друзей, поэтому важную роль играет общение в клане.

I. Цель и задачи клана

1) Создать максимально сплоченный, дружный и организованный коллектив, который в тоже время будет являться реально эффективной боевой силой.
2) Занять видное положение на сервере.

II. Субординация и порядок организации в клане

Лидер всегда прав. Его слово – закон.
Лидер владеет зачастую большим объемом информации, нежели рядовой член клана, исходя из этих соображений решение лидера клана может не устраивать кого-либо конкретного в клане или ряд соклановцев.

1) После принятия лидером решения, по какому либо вопросу, эта тема автоматически закрывается для обсуждения. Если есть, какие то претензии, предложения или советы – для этого существует ПМ. Лидер может быть занят, и не отвечать на ПМы. Со своей стороны лидер обязан прислушиваться к советам зама и других сокланов. Возможно вынесение вариантов решения какого-то вопроса на голосование клана.

2) Запрещается разглашать внутреннюю конфиденциальную информацию о клане, о планах клана, о членах клана.
