Black screen Error:
If you're having a "black screen" syndrome, meaning that when you connect a server, it remains only in a black screen instead of starting to download a map, change your in-game name to "Pvt" - yes only three letters "Pvt" - and reconnect.

If you connect to the server for your BCT and need to download a map, it can happen that your download speed is something like 0.1% per second (i.e. really slow).

In that case, contact your Drill Instructor, any of the Assistant DI's or Enlistment Liaisons immediately, so we can change the map.

Showing up at least 15min early for BCT helps prevent lateness and possible problems with connecting.
