This is the official Steam Group for members of The 12th Legion.

To those of you who have no idea what SoE is: I've been writing stories for a pretty long time now, and I've decided to turn my hand to a full-on series. It's mainly first person present, told by a different narrator each book. Our first book is written from the point of view of Gregory Bastian (last name subject to change), a nineteen year old whose country stands on the brink of war.

He has been summoned, along with some other people, to a training camp where they will work on their skills, with the hope of ending the war once and for all. These are the writings of Gregory and his friends: The Scrolls of Eterna.

The characters in training so far:

Gregory Bastian, 19 - A bright young elemental mage, who has a promising future in Eterna, if he can survive the war.

AddRock, 6 (technically ageless) - A Stone Avatar, the manifestation of magic in a stone body, summoned to this realm by Gregory, as a test on his 13th birthday. His companion and best friend for most of his life.

Clarissa Fleet, 18 - A simple lass who was enlisted against her will due to her rare and powerful ability, but first she must learn not to let *it* control *her*

Jonathan Brockshaft, 21 - A gentle chap, with immense strength. Definitely someone you want on your side in a brawl.

Jason Samuels, 15 - A quiet yet mischievous boy, orphaned by raiders, who can phase through solid objects. Useful for stealth.

Roland Wick, 25 - A smart and brooding man with a tactical mind, always ready with an escape plan, but not afraid to fight either, if he must. Able to summon a spirit falcon to assist him.

Thomas Thorne, 17 - Not much is known about Thomas, as he very rarely talks, but this teenager seems to have the power to call down rocks from the heavens to smite his foes. Could be very useful in open warfare.

The Villains:

Liluherax - This man starts his bloody campaign by destroying a national monument and slaughtering hundreds of innocents. He will stop at nothing to secure the throne from King Arubeth. He has the powers of telekinesis, teleportation, and flight.

Leonardo Savage "The Madman" - The enigmatic lunatic who has made it his personal quest to wipe out the influence of those who believe themselves true to their country: Those who follow "The King". His lack of powers led to intense physical training, and Savage is, well...completely and utterly savage, a formidable opponent with any weapon, melee or ranged.
