Counter strike 2. You literally have to launch the game, maybe play a match and then exit the game. The only achievement that is available pops right away. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice isn't exactly hard to 100%, but boring as you have to look out for collectibles. If some other game comes to mind i'll write it.

Shatterline (free game), has only 1 achievement and that is to finish their tutorial. Scorn's achievements is based finishing each of its 7 chapters, and the other 5 achievements are relatively easy to get in 2 or even 1 playthrough if you're careful.

You can switch to day time instead of default setting which will spawn a creature at night, meaning you can earn those 4 achievements in under 10 minutes. It is a walking simulator with a simple goal even if it is why not make a guide just in case like every simple achievement games.

If you like/don't mind hidden object games, I would recommend the "____ full of cats" series. An Arcade Full of Cats is free (requires DLC to 100%) and a pretty good start.

The developers also have a few other puzzle-type games which are pretty simple, all of them are very cat-centric though.

Tricolor love story. You can get all the achievements by holding ctrl (there are multiple guides too). Plus the English translation seems to be done by a translation software, so there's gonna be some funny dialogues. I've written a review about it. It's also super cheap, and the profile backgrounds you can get from the point shop is a plus.

Another easy game to 100% is Hue, it's a puzzle solving game which involes changing colours to pass through objects or to move others objects. If does take a couple of hours but it's a fun game to play through and a nice story to follow.

I recommend To The Moon. It is a story-driven game made in RPG maker. No combat/fighting, just walking and interacting with some light puzzles. If you like the game, the other games in the series (Finding Paradise and Impostor Factory) are just as good.

They all have only one achievement to 100% - and that's to complete the game which we will take 2-5 hours depending on your play-style. Don't play this game for the easy completion though - the series has one of the best story among gaming IMO.
