Section 1 - Permanent Bans

Hacking
Advertising without permission
Exploiting (Money glitching, duping, auto-clicking, etc.)
Receiving multiple temporary bans.
Leadership, discretion may apply to these.

Section 2 - General Rules

Don't be a ♥♥♥♥, admins discretion will apply to this rule, typically Leadership.
Do not spam, this will result in an immediate ban without warning.

Section 3 - Star Wars Imperial RP Rules

Use a legitimate role play name
Do not go into the main hanger control room "button room" without permission
You must be a Private First Class (PFC) to join a Battalion
COM and Higher may give Ship Wide PT
Naval CO's and up may give Ship Wide PT
Sith Lords may give Ship Wide PT
Whoever is leading debrief is the only one who can order CG to arrest someone
Gamemasters call defcons first and foremost. If no gamemasters call defcons then the highest ranking member online calls defcons. In any other case Naval Officers may call defcons.
A NCO or lower must wait 1 week before leaving their battalion, they may leave without permission after 1 week.
A CO or higher (main characters too) must have the commanders approval before leaving.
You may not strip someone of comms or weapons when they are negotiating
You may not shoot someone while they are negotiating unless the situation has gone code red

Section 3.1 Sims

You must be the owner of the sim to advert "Sim Start"
You must be in the Citadel or a Custom Sim Room to Sim Start

Section 3.2 Promotions

You may not try out a CT for your Battalion right after PT.
You may not promote troopers after a successful PT.
You must demote yourself to PVT if you leave a battalion or regiment or a PFC if you wish to join another battalion.
You must wait 5 days before changing battalions.
Naval CO's, Naval High Command, and MCOM's MUST approve all promotions to CO and above.
COM's and up may promote any trooper a maximum of 1 rank per event.
CPT's and up may promote CT's
2LT's through COL's may promote any trooper in their battalion a maximum of 1 rank per event.
SGT's through SGM's may only recommend promotions.
CPL's and below may not recommend promotions.

Section 3.3 Saluting

Enlisted must salute NCO's
NCO's must salute CO's
2LT's through COL's must salute COM/MCOM
Salute ALL Naval
Salute ALL Senators
Salute ALL Padawans and up
Multiple offenses for not saluting higher ups will result in a demotion

Section 3.4 Adverting

2nd Lieutenant (2LT) and up may advert
Ensign and up may advert.
Jedi Padawans and up may advert
Senators may advert

Section 3.5 Secondary Jobs

A secondary job is an entirely new life for you to play as. Due to this you are not allowed to metagame with information or training from a secondary job. For example if playing as a regular clone job you cannot say “I’m a pilot so I can fly” as your current job/life is not a pilot it is a trooper. Also if you are an officer for your regular job you are not allowed to advert/sim start in your other job if you are not an officer. Basically when playing as your current job you must focus and live ENTIRELY through that specific class. The whole point of this game is to role play as any star wars character during the clone wars era. As a development team we attempt to offer you as many characters as possible to role play as. That being said it is vital that we maintain the ability to offer these jobs to everyone. This being said you cannot be a high rank in more than two jobs. This list includes: Trooper CO(2LT+), Naval CO(Fleet LT+), Jedi Master+, Pilot (2LT)
IE. You can be a 91st LT and a Sith you can also be a Bounty Hunter. BUT, you cannot also be a Naval Fleet LT. You may only chose two high ranking jobs.

Section 3.6 Classes

You may only specialize in one tactic. Being whitelisted for both Trooper and Heavy Trooper is against the rules and punishable.

Section 4.7 Binds

You are required to have the following three binds, not having these binds after multiple warnings will result in a ban. Fill in the third bind to fit your details.

Section 5 - RDM

Random Death Match (RDM):
Killing someone without roleplay reason to do so.
