1. Is there any promotional content? (I.E. Anything only available for a limited time or more complicated than just buying DLC) 2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for fulfilling specific conditions? 3. Is this game identical on all platforms, including an in-game achievement system for platforms that don't have the infrastructure for it? I don't get it, there are so many junk games on Steam that don't have this limitation.

I loved the game a lot. But the Arcade Mode is too much difficult in normal. An easy mode would be fair and nice. I dont even finish the first stage of it ... if it is the first stage!? The difficulty screen shows many stage thumbs. But may I misunderstood that? Not really sure about that!? Anyway ... hope there is still work on it and it could get an easier mode.
