Honestly the community has been so easy on the one Dev doing this game he has gotten away with murder. The guy has tons of p2w, tons of packages with p2w items in it. I totally forgot that we cant get these event cards anymore but Lava sure does LOVE to sell us card upgrades in the premium store....

It used to be so fun and full of fun happy brain chemicals but not anymore (Im at the last bit of world 6) I did everything mostly....Don't be like me, take your money else where this guy don't deserve any of it. Its USED to be a lot of fun but now we don't even get events to help collect the items we are missing. Now its just a daily chore i paid a bunch of money into

dev spent the last 4 years proudly claiming hes a solo dev who would never add p2w while simultaneously testing the waters and adding slightly worse and worse gacha mechanics since w4 release with lab gems & chips.

with a (technically not mandatory but still needed to play properly and above 5fps) $5 auto loot pack to start its hard to even call this a f2p game. under most circumstances, that would be perfectly fine, and i was more than happy to purchase it and support him at the start, the implementation of more and more packs that offer incredibly important bonuses at a higher price (like the most recent one that breaks stamp progression and is literally required at a high enough level bcs of inventory space reqs for leveling up stamps) it becomes mandatory to spend money to progress at a higher level.

at the same time, most methods of earning/grinding for premium currency and other important items (gold food & coloseum tickets) are constantly getting nerfed, with little to no explanation or alteration to the balance changes or changes back (he buffed gold food drops with the w5 & w6 Colosseum in the most recent updates, but its still gated at 3 tickets a day for a Colosseum that costs 30 tickets to enter)

The dev prides himself on being a "troll" but cant take even the slightest bit of criticism or commentary on any of these updates, even if he is actively breaking international gambling laws with some of these pet gacha interactions (btw, it takes 4-5 years on average to get the rarest pet as a f2p [1 roll each week, 0.28%-0.85% drop chance on the pet]), and in response to the backlash about that he implemented a mercy system that *only works for paid rolls* effectively not changing anything for the f2ps. his ego is so fragile that he goes out of his way to remove criticism from all sources he can control, and has been known to actively ban people from the game and from his discord for trying to discuss game breaking bugs that people can accidentally exploit without realising, and getting an entire skills progress wiped without warning, unless youre in the official discord (which he bans people from for literally zero reason, or for doing things like spoiling an april fools joke or mentioning a bug that could also be an exploit)

if he can genuinely turn this around within the next 2 worlds, id be more than happy to swap this review around and sing his praises. but my hopes are low, and as it stands right now i cant possibly recommend anyone start out this game.

Do not support this developer. He knowingly takes advantage of his supporters and does nothing to fix bugs that steal money from players (via saves being wiped, or packages just not being distributed when people pay for them). When you bring these problems to his and his mod teams attention via support you get copy paste responses dismissing the issue as a 'known bug' with no attempt at compensation or that there will be any retroactive action taken to reimburse the purchases. This is stealing.

If you ask for help or updates via the discord to try to understand if they are even working on the problem you are muted, and banned if you ask multiple times, meaning there is no avenue of getting reimbursement or support. Lavaflame2 created some decent idle games but has stolen from countless players by allowing known issues with payment and save files to persist and further BANNING players who ask for support related to them. Absolutely disgusting business practices which need to be known by anyone who plays their game. Do not support this developer.

Lavaflame2 pushes the P2W content KNOWING that the content wont be delivered and instead of fixing the problems uses that stolen money to promote his other games and work on more p2w content. I have never seen more greedy deceiving behaviour out of any developer let alone an independent one who rides on the goodwill of F2P players.

AVOID THIS DEVELOPER. There are better idle games out there from developers who actually care about their players instead of seeing them as piggy banks to be scammed out of their money.
