if i buy the key, still i can activate in steam? because they unlisted and their multiplayer is still active?

So I download the steam/Dirt 5 3.0 update. I start the game which takes forever to load. I go into the new Energy content to play the tracks. I get to track 5 and as soon as I get into the track, the game freezes and goes back to the Dirt 5 home page. It starts saving and then allows me back into the game again!!!!...

I am totally new. Chassis is assembled and the base, rim, pedals and shifter order was shipped today. Which package or packages or addons do you need to purchase to enjoy the game?

Am i the only one that would like DiRT one on steam?

So my question is: What is more enjoyable Dirt 5 or Forza 4?
