Saw an official server that finally fixed the issue of people building all over the map with 100m radius restriction. However, they never bothered to fix the issue of people building right next to the portal towers, so you still can't fast travel because towers are blocked. I guess I don't need to reinstall the game anymore cause aside from being abandoned, it's still a train wreck in terms of playability....
