I have gold on all 500 levels, but the achievement still doesn't unlock. In the in-game achievement list it says that it has been unlocked, though the description there is "win all 375 levels", of which I have "400/400". It clearly says "500 gold" on the start menu. But I haven't gotten it for either 375, 400 or 500, whichever the right one is....

I finally got this achievement, and the solution wasn't as hard as I thought. If you already have all levels cleared without getting the achievement, you DON'T need to replay more than a single level! This involves editing your save files. I'm not certain if this will mess up your future progress towards any remaining achievements or statistics, so you might want to try to get the achievement the normal way first, and at the very least backup the files before doing this.
