is a french version planned after the early access?

When I start a new game there is already 6 characters generated.

I've subscribed to several Mods, but none of thme seems to work/start. Am I mssing something?

First time playing any Arkania game, so bare with me... Why is it that there is just a list of class where you can't pick race and I just assume they are human and race where you can't pick a class, I just assume them to be what ever class they might naturally excel in? It's like really old school D&D when picking a Dwarf meant that fighter was also chosen as well... I was expecting more diversity with each character type....
