Sorry I'm a noob but I looked at the guides and searched here and google and can't find anything. So do the characters always start with the same stats/traits? Iv'e only played 2 games in the demo and the starting stats they showed were different but when I unlocked traits they were the same as the first game. So Are there specific characters that should be used for specific jobs or is it just based on random stats and you need to figure out who's good at what each game? Thank's for any information....

I watched a few LPs on Youtube. All were done PRIOR to the nerfs and the most recent updates and even then it was brrutally hard. Now, it is downright impossible.
