does it work 'offline' ?

you know, not like "The Crew" that just got killed by Ubisoft themselves.. it required "internet connection" all the time, even for single player, So I decided and swore I'll no longer buy these kind of games.. SO: once activated/installed - is 22 Racing Series working in full "offline" mode, without internet connection at all ? meaning in steam offline mode too + literally pulling the Lan Cable plug before launching the game.. #stopkillinggames...

22RS Steam Version Dead / Any updates ?

just wondering because on this steam page here, "latest" update/patch notes or any Developer Notes, are from 2022 ... yet on YT eg, there's talk regarding Spring / Q1 2024 update, including Track Editor, DLSS/FSR/XeSS Upscaler (which I thought were already implemented long time ago, and improved handling and whatnot... cheers....
