graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.

the latest D3D but DX12 is pretty darn important when playing modern games. Is there a fix anywhere or can i get refund? Most of my "play" time has been starting at an error dialog :)

I was running games perfectly fine then i get off the PC then come back a minute later to play a game and it pops up an error message saying,
