program cant start because steam_api.dll is missing from your computer

I am launching the program from the program files as i saw in another discussion because every time i try to launch the program
moment i keep getting these two errors.

Program can't start becasue tbb.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program and immediatelly after i click ok i get get another error;

Okay I just tried to run it again and
I don't have the "plantsvszombies.exe" unless I'm looking in the wrong place..
I'm in steam>steamapps>common>plantsvszombies
but all that is there is "plantsvszombies"

steam_api.dll is missing, it didn't say that before I tried the non-MO launch, it simply didn't launch without providing an error. I've tried running MO as administrator but no difference. Reading up about it
