Blocking has very small timing windows for a "perfect parry" until you gain mutations or use other modifiers for it. It sounds like you have a hardware issue, try it without controller or only playing with controller. I'm playing this game on a 5 year old mouse with heavily worn switches and it feels fine for me. :)

It’s really not that small of a window. Especially compared to something like Dark Souls or Sekiro.

Perfect blocking in this game is extremely easy for most targets once you spend a bit of time learning the attack animations.

Save
Practice
Reload when/if killed.

Most targets shouldn’t take you more than 10/15 min to learn. Then you can do stuff like this no problem.

Tried the game again and the performance in battles is as bad as it was on release. I get stutters when units are changing automaticly and fps drops as low as 30 FPS.

Sounds to me like they lied just to get rid of you (closing the support ticket) and it doesn't seem like they care enough to help you, even though you have a 7 year old account.

To me it seems the Era score weighs heaviest, but on a huge map number of cities will likely outdo that.
Also, you can culturally take cities from your opponents peacefully so military actions aren't the only solution.

Because I play for Service medals for collection. I don't like the community for what they did to me for years + forced myself to delete my older account with a bunch of high tier medals from death threats from many users.

I played elementalist 4 times during griffin beta. And it felt soooo good. I made a fraction that relies on physical DMG - and my ruler is an elementalist that inflicts sundered defence. I made made some typical frost + something build - but with elementalist ruler/heroes it shines. Eldritch sovereign - elementalist is extremely cool, inexorable hex is super useful for them. Giant - elementalist is just what it should be, fills the gap perfectly. I mean, previous mage was only fire and lightning, now we have all four elements. I haven't play dragons with new class yet, but I definitely would.
