That's entirely on you, while there are a few downloads for sure, and recently having come back (2 days ago) It only took around 20/30 minutes total, from downloading it to steam to logging in.

Either you need a better internet provider or something is wrong with your PC.

I have a 100mbps line and no other downloads/games have this problem, but sure. Any other constructive advice you want to give?

Don't be a ♥♥♥♥ to people trying to help you.
If no one has complained about long downloads, especially not as long as downloading 2.2% in 25 minutes you ARE the "problem", you can get all defensive you want, but that's the truth bud. Not in-game, these forums or the official forums has anyone complained about unusual long downloads besides people who have your issues and after checking, confirmed it was something on your end.
But sure, the problem can't come from your end, right?
You run a billion dollar rig with a million mbps internet, because technology can't screw up and run into issues... Right? Always the same people being ♥♥♥♥♥, nothing is ever your fault, always someone elses.

Odd place to post, I know, but unfortunately our teammate how to bow out last second for personal reasons so we're scrambling to find a third. You can be any class and we can acomodate (probably spelled that right) but definitely prefer an experienced heavy who has hit atleast platinum before. Pay attention to where your flag is on the loading screen - that is your deployment origin the summon ability is looking for a path to.
Reloading the battle re-rolls it.

Something removing the range or targeting would probably work.
Like how Drycha's dryad summon becomes a map-wide army ability. Or Ku'gath just spawns nurglings.

I enjoyed RE4 alot more than i am enjoying part 2 right now.
I am a grown man, and i usually don't think artificial handicapping does games much good.
It just draws you out of the immersion and leaves you frustrated.
My god, the guy can't even crouch in RE2.
Then there is Mr. X. who is unkillable for whatever reason. Now i am forced to run the same hallways even more often than before, but now someone is behind me, and it's supposed to be scary.

The guy is like a wasp trying to get to your ice cream.
Then there is some of these puzzles which just have nonsensical solutions that require you to just do not miss anything, i mean thats it.
They only require exploration, no thinking, nothing.

Agreed entirely. Part 2 is just ok. It has great atmosphere and some cool elements but 4 is superior
