I'm absolutely agree with you that we need some permanent means to zero childbirth counter - a relevant potion will be the best solution. But currently we have to deal with what we have.
If you want to prevent your girls from being inpregnated in the brothel, you can make all tables to be Goblin Table 3 - these are for blowjobs only, so girls will never get pregnant.
There is a 'Anal only' checkbox for each table, but it doesn't prevent impregnation, for whatever reason.

Guess what? One of mines managed to get "round" on goblin table 3.
