Update: The Bike's can be used outside Axion. I now approve of them more. I thought they were limited to just that playspace.

I think an early dev stream said they were Axion only, but clearly they realized how badly that would backfire and backtracked. They need you to buy skins and paint for them, so locking them to one map was not the play. You can even use them in Sigma and WC fight lol. Ground-DOT skills can still go after you mount, so dropping poison or fire puddles to drive-by patrols is hilarious.

For the interior decorating quest I had to buy a blueprint for interior decorating. I have bought two blueprints at the merchant in Anvil. I have paid 2000 solaris for the first and 2500 for the second. Both were not delivered in my inventory. So I cannot research them and construct the demanded item. As a consequence I cannot progress and I will not receive new quests. I have made a bug report and informed customer support. I would like to have the blueprints so I can continue further leveling.

press "R" when using the build tool - they should be in there

I'm afraid I have to agree with OP there. Killing a child in cold blood requires such a degree of disconnect with basic human inhibitions that even if that person could change, they could never again be trusted.

Well they did say he was an " intellectually disabled man". And you don't kill people because you don't trust them.

If you are new, than you still have the tome missions, you can get lot of bp through them, do the missions, use survivor pudding or party streamers and when playing, if possible, try to spread hooks, this gives more bp by the end of the match.
